Shir Pridonoff attended the University of Southern California, where she graduated with her . and . in Occupational Therapy. Shir has been practicing ABA since 2011 and received her BCBA in 2013 from the Florida Institute of Technology, although she has been working with individuals on the autism spectrum for over 10 years. As a certified trainer of the Crisis Prevention Institute, she is committed to educating others in Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, particularly in helping individuals to diffuse potentially escalating situations by being attuned to the Integrated Experience. During her years as a BCBA, Shir has given in-services in multiple school districts on various ABA topics, been heavily involved in the development of the Intensive Behavior Intervention program at a special day preschool, and provided thousands of supervision hours to BCBA mentees. Shir has worked hard to become proficient in Spanish and feels fortunate to be able to support the Spanish-speaking families in her region. Every day, she brings to work her passion for mentorship, teamwork, and playfulness.
